Actor Jeon Hye-jin becomes Choi Soo-young’s mother and daughter…Appearing in “The Glory” with Park Sung Hoon [Official]

Actor Jeon Hye-jin, Choi Soo-young, Ahn Jae-wook and Park Sung-hoon will meet as Nam-nam.

On the 9th, the new drama “Namnam” (written by Min Min Min-ae, directed by Lee Min-woo) said, “We have confirmed the appearance of Jeon Hye-jin, Choi Soo-young, Ahn Jae-wook, and Park Sung-hoon.”

“Namnam” is a K-mother and daughter empathy comic drama about the pleasant and popping cohabitation of a mother and a cool daughter without countermeasures. It is based on the popular Kakao webtoon “Namnam” (Written, Picture Jung Young-long), which won the “Today’s Our Cartoon Award,” Korea’s representative cartoon award, showing warm humanism and solid storytelling with honest mother and daughter stories. On top of that, writer Min Min-ae, who will present a high-quality story, and director Lee Min-woo, who directed Cinderella and Four Knights and God’s Quiz Season 4, will work together.

Jeon Hye-jin, who was praised for her excellent acting skills in each work, is a single mother with a 29-year-old daughter, but still plays Eun-mi, a pretty and bouncy girl crush physical therapist. Choi Soo-young plays Jin-hee, the head of the patrol team at the local police station, who is in urgent need of a crackdown on her immature mother.

Actors Jeon Hye-jin and Choi Soo-young will present a unique mother and daughter chemistry that they have never seen through “Namnam.” The two attractive actors will lead the “Remain” with all-time synergy.

Ahn Jae-wook will play the role of Jin Hong, an otolaryngologist pursuing FM life and a mysterious man who suddenly appeared in front of Eun-mi one day. Park Sung-hoon, who recently played in “The Glory,” plays as a financial resource for the director of Namchon Police Box, whose life is twisted by meeting a bomb called Jin-hee at the demoted police box.

Ahn Jae-wook and Park Sung-hoon are expected to add to the romance’s excitement with the story drawn around the mother-daughter relationship between actress Jeon Hye-jin and Choi Soo-young. As it is a meeting of actors who add vitality to the play with their trusted acting skills and heavy presence, it is already drawing keen attention.

“Namnam” is set to be released in the second half of this year.
