The Korea Appraisal Board has changed its mission to the “Korea Real Estate Agency” for the first time in 51 years.
The former Korea Appraisal Board changed its name to the Korea Real Estate Agency at its headquarters in Shinseo-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, and held a launching ceremony on Saturday. The launching ceremony was held as a non-face-to-face event to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections.

This year, the National Assembly passed the Korea Real Estate Agency Act, which changed its name. With the enforcement of the law, the Korea Real Estate Agency has provided a legal basis for supporting the government’s real estate policies, including computer management and support for housing and other building subscriptions, and providing and consulting on real estate-related information.
